Serhiy Kusyuk
Serhiy Kusyuk served as the commander of the Kyiv 'Berkut' unit and was directly involved in the police violence against protesters during the 2013-2014 Euromaidan events. Following the disbandment of the unit, he relocated to Russia, where he reportedly continued his work in law enforcement.
