Shane Lamond

Shane Lamond, a former D.C. police officer and supervisor in the Intelligence Branch of the Metropolitan Police Department’s Homeland Security Bureau, was sentenced to 18 months in prison for obstructing justice and making false statements. He was convicted of leaking sensitive information to Enrique Tarrio, the then-national chairman of the Proud Boys, during an investigation into the destruction of a Black Lives Matter banner.
