Sheriff Balogun

Sheriff Balogun is the National President of the Nigerian-American Chamber of Commerce (NACCIMA), where he advocates for the interests of Nigerian businesses engaged in trade with the United States. Recently, he expressed concerns regarding the new 14 percent tariff imposed by the Trump administration on Nigerian exports, which threatens to disrupt the substantial trade relationship between Nigeria and the U.S., particularly in the oil sector and under the African Growth and Opportunity Act.
