Shirley Ben-Shalom

Shirley Ben-Shalom, a 40-year-old entrepreneur from Ashkelon, owns a beauty salon called 'Metukotakot.' She was a recipient of the L'Oréal Women's Entrepreneurship Award, which she credits with providing her the tools and motivation to overcome challenges and build a five-year business plan aimed at achieving financial independence and empowering other women.
