Yael Notov

Yael Notov, a 28-year-old from Rishon Lezion, is the founder of YL Clinic, specializing in permanent makeup and eyebrow treatments. After losing her mother to cancer, she was inspired to create a business that helps empower women by restoring their confidence through beauty. Notov was recognized with the L'Oréal Women's Entrepreneurship Award for her commitment to supporting women in the beauty industry, especially those affected by cancer.
