Sohee Park is a food truck entrepreneur based in Campbelltown, Sydney, who, along with her husband Charlie Shin, has gained popularity for their unique and artistic fairy floss creations inspired by Australian animals and anime. After migrating from South Korea in 2004, they launched their food truck, SomSom Candy, which has become a full-time venture, drawing families and festival-goers eager to enjoy visually stunning and delicious treats.
