Stalina Vyacheslavovna Chubenko

Stalina Vyacheslavovna Chubenko is the mother of Stepan Chubenko, a 16-year-old Ukrainian boy who was posthumously awarded the title of Hero of Ukraine after being killed by Russian forces for displaying symbols of Ukrainian identity. Her son’s courage and activism during the early stages of the conflict in Ukraine deeply impacted her life and the lives of many in their community.
