Stamboliyski

Aleksandar Stamboliyski was a prominent Bulgarian politician and leader of the Bulgarian Agrarian National Union. He served as Prime Minister from 1923 until 1925, advocating for agrarian reforms and social justice. His government was marked by attempts to stabilize the economy and improve the living conditions of rural populations. However, Stamboliyski's tenure also faced significant opposition, leading to political turmoil and his eventual assassination in 1925.
