Stephanie Jebb

Stephanie Jebb is the daughter of Deborah Owczar and attended the Mino’Ayaawag Ikwewag Celebration of Indigenous Women Graduates with her mother. Both are deaf and were left feeling disrespected and invisible after Manitoba's Accessibility Minister, Nahanni Fontaine, dismissed the sign-language interpreter at the event.
