Steve Paton

Steve Paton is a climatologist who heads the physical monitoring program for the Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute in Panama. He has studied the impact of changing weather patterns on Panama's climate, particularly in relation to the increasing frequency of droughts affecting the Panama Canal.
