Suleiman Ali Nashnush was a Libyan basketball player who gained fame for his extraordinary height of 7 feet 10 inches (239 cm). Born in 1947, he played basketball in the 1970s and is noted for being one of the tallest players in the history of the sport. After retiring from basketball, Nashnush continued to grow, eventually reaching a height of 8 feet (244 cm), making him one of the tallest humans ever recorded.
