Sun Chonghao is a project manager at the Tarim Oilfield Exploration and Development Research Institute, where he played a crucial role in the successful drilling of the Deep Earth Takco No. 1 well, the first in Asia to reach a depth of over 10,000 meters. His team's work not only verified geological theories about deep earth formations but also contributed significantly to the advancement of oil and gas exploration techniques in China.
