Sviatoslav Shumskiy
Sviatoslav Shumskiy is a lieutenant colonel and acting commander of the drone battalion of the 155th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Anna Kyivska. He was recently in the news for being arrested by law enforcement agencies for allegedly extorting 'kickbacks' from his subordinates, demanding payments in exchange for fictitious bonuses supposedly related to combat duty at the front lines in Donetsk.
