Tabron

Tabron is a prominent figure in New Zealand's hospitality scene, known for being one of the first female apprentice chefs and for her pioneering role as a restaurateur. She opened Ramses Bar and Grill in the 1990s and recently launched First Mates, Last Laughs, which has garnered acclaim at the Lewisham Awards 2025.
