Tahseen Akhtar

Tahseen Akhtar, part of the Indian Mujahideen, played a significant role in the organization of the 2013 Hyderabad blasts, collaborating with Waqas and other operatives in the execution of the attacks. He was arrested shortly after the incidents and has been sentenced for his actions.
