Zia-Ur-Rehman Waqas

Zia-Ur-Rehman Waqas, a Pakistani national, was a key operative in the Indian Mujahideen terror module, known for his role in the 2013 Hyderabad blasts where he personally planted IEDs. Trained by the Taliban in bomb-making, he was arrested in 2014 after a series of coordinated attacks that resulted in multiple casualties.
