Tarachand Balgobin

Tarachand Balgobin is the head of the Project Cycle Management Division of Guyana’s Ministry of Finance. He participated in discussions at the Caribbean Development Bank’s annual meeting, responding to concerns raised by Venezuelan officials regarding infrastructure projects in the disputed Essequibo Region and highlighting Guyana's commitment to regional infrastructure development.
