Tatiana Guevara

Tatiana Guevara is a resident of Fray Casiano, Puntarenas, who recently experienced severe flooding that inundated her home and left her and her family in a state of emergency. Having lived in her house for 43 years, this was her first encounter with such devastating floods, which damaged her belongings and created a perilous situation for her children, one of whom has a disability. Despite her pleas for help, she reported a lack of assistance from local authorities.
