Teodomida Rosales is the director of the Centro de Defensa de Derechos Humanos José María Morelos y Pavón (Centro Morelos), and she has been a staunch advocate for the families of the disappeared in Guerrero. She has publicly criticized the ineffectiveness of government institutions in addressing the crisis of enforced disappearances in the state.
