Tiffany Murray

Tiffany Murray is a passionate entrepreneur and the daughter of Courtney Murray, the director of Murray’s Fish and Jerk Hut. After completing her bachelor’s degree in hospitality and tourism at Florida Atlantic University, she returned to Jamaica to help expand her family’s business. In March, she opened a new location of the popular restaurant at Di Lot in St Andrew, demonstrating her commitment to continuing her family's culinary legacy and serving the Kingston community.
