Tilak, a lawyer and one of Sandana Silvam's friends, was part of a group visiting Pahalgam when they encountered a terrorist attack. The group intended to spend a week in the valley, but the attack prompted a shift in their plans as they navigated the aftermath of the tragedy while trying to support the local community.
