Tohir Sodiqov, born in 1973 in Tashkent, is a prominent figure in the Uzbek music scene. He rose to fame at the age of 16 when he co-founded the boy band 'Bolalar,' which quickly gained popularity under the artistic direction of Ruslan Sharipov. Their debut album 'Esingdami seni,' inspired by Davron G‘oipov and the group 'Laskoviy may,' was released on February 23, 1990, and captivated young audiences. 'Bolalar' became the first Central Asian group to perform in the United States and release an album on iTunes. Despite changes in the group's lineup over the years, Sodiqov has remained its main star, solidifying his status in the Uzbek pop music industry.
