Tom Hunter

Tom Hunter is a 62-year-old psychotherapist and volunteer for Northern Ireland’s MS Society, who himself lives with multiple sclerosis. After being diagnosed in 2008, he returned to his hometown of Islandmagee, where he began helping others navigate the benefits system. Recently, he has been receiving numerous calls from anxious clients concerned about proposed cuts to disability benefits in the UK, which have heightened fears about their independence and well-being.
