Ursula O'Hare

Ursula O'Hare is the Northern Ireland head of the Joseph Rowntree Foundation, an anti-poverty charity. She has expressed concerns over the proposed welfare cuts by the UK government, warning that they could push people with disabilities into greater poverty and have detrimental effects on public services already under strain in Northern Ireland.
