Tremane Wood
Tremane Wood is a death row inmate in Oklahoma who had his sentence commuted to life in prison without the possibility of parole by Governor Kevin Stitt just hours before his scheduled execution. Convicted in 2004 for his involvement in the fatal stabbing of farmworker Ronnie Wipf during a robbery, Wood maintains that he did not personally stab Wipf, as his brother Zjaiton Wood, who pleaded guilty to the murder, died in prison in 2019.
