
Trudi Guda
Trudi Guda is a Surinamese cultural anthropologist and poet, known for her contributions to the fields of education and cultural advocacy in Suriname and Curaçao. She met Frank Martinus Arion while teaching at the Institute for Teacher Education in Paramaribo, and the couple later moved to Curaçao. Guda has been an advocate for the inclusion of local languages in education, promoting the teaching of students in their native tongues to enhance understanding and learning.
