Tsai Chen-yu

Tsai Chen-yu is a member of Taiwan's billionaire Tsai family and the son of the founder of Cathay Financial. He publicly criticized Kuo Ming-jian's numerous outside roles, asserting they undermined Kuo's leadership at the bank, and was involved in a physical confrontation with Kuo that escalated tensions within the organization.
