Tsai Hong-tu

Tsai Hong-tu is the chairman of Cathay Financial Holding Co, the parent company of Cathay United Bank. He was involved in discussions leading to Kuo Ming-jian's resignation and has been vocal about the need for corporate governance reforms, particularly concerning Kuo's outside appointments and their implications for the bank.
