Tsai Chieh-sheng
Tsai Chieh-sheng was a Taiwanese aviation mechanic and the father of former Taiwanese president Tsai Ing-wen. He migrated to Dalian in 1946, following opportunities created by Taiwanese migration to Manchukuo, a trend encouraged by Hsieh Chieh-shih during his tenure as foreign minister.
