Valentin Keel

Valentin Keel was a Swiss politician and government official in St. Gallen who initially supported Paul Grüninger's humanitarian efforts to help Jewish refugees during World War II. However, as pressure mounted from higher authorities, Keel distanced himself from Grüninger's actions, ultimately leading to Grüninger's dismissal and prosecution.
