Vance Luther Bolter

Vance Luther Bolter, a 57-year-old man, has been identified as the shooter responsible for the tragic deaths of Minnesota state representative Melissa Hortman and her husband, Mark. Bolter, who remains at large, claimed to be a security expert with experience in Gaza, and is believed to have targeted other politicians as well. Following the shooting, he allegedly fled on foot after engaging with police who responded to the scene. Authorities have warned that Bolter is considered armed and dangerous, and he is currently being sought in the Minneapolis and St. Paul areas.
