Vasily Severgin

Vasily Severgin was a Russian academic known for his scientific research on mineral waters, particularly in the early 19th century. In 1804, he studied the water from the Polykovichi spring and described it as a mineral spring rich in carbon dioxide, attributing various therapeutic properties to it, including the treatment of dental and blood disorders.
