Vensa Luther Belter

Belter, 57, is the primary suspect in the politically motivated murders of Minnesota Democratic Representative Melissa Hortman and her husband Mark. He allegedly fled the scene after police discovered him at their home, leaving behind a vehicle resembling a police SUV, which contained a manifesto and a list of political targets.
