With a degree in geography from the University of Burundi, he has demonstrated a commitment to community development and governance. Recently elected as a commissioner of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission (CVC), he has expressed his dedication to promoting truth and reconciliation in the country, emphasizing his cooperative spirit and capability as a counselor.
