Vicente Silva

Vicente Silva was a notable hacendado from Lurín, Peru, who played a significant role in the political events of the early 1870s. He was part of the group accompanying the president-elect Manuel Pardo during his perilous escape from insurrectionists, and he recognized the need for Manco's assistance, ultimately entrusting him with the safety of Pardo.
