Víctor Navarro

Víctor Navarro is the director of the NGO Voces de la Memoria, known for documenting human rights abuses in Venezuela. He has firsthand experience of the torture that took place at El Helicoide, where he was imprisoned for five months in 2018. Navarro has been instrumental in raising international awareness about the conditions within this infamous facility and has called it the 'largest torture center not only in Venezuela but in Latin America.'
