Vijay Rana

Vijay Rana is a circle officer in the local intelligence unit (LIU) in Meerut, who has been involved in the case of Iram Hasan. He stated that Iram had initially filed a case against her husband and was advised to stay in India while the case was pending, but due to recent government orders, she was required to leave the country.
