Viktor Biletsky

Viktor Biletsky is a soldier in the 406th Separate Artillery Brigade of Ukraine, who has reported harrowing experiences as a prisoner of war under Russian captivity, where he witnessed the torture of his cellmate, Danilo, involving electric shocks and the infamous 'elephant gas mask' method.
