Vincent Karega

Vincent Karega is Rwanda's ambassador to the Great Lakes region, known for his role in addressing regional security issues and representing Rwanda's interests in diplomatic discussions. Recently, he has been in the news for asserting that the M23 rebel group could expand its territorial control in the Democratic Republic of Congo, following its recent capture of Goma.
