Vincente Todolí is the owner of the Todolí Citrus Foundation, which houses the world's largest private collection of citrus fruits, boasting over 500 varieties. A former director of the Tate Modern, he has transformed the farm into a nonprofit venture focused on organic farming practices and biodiversity, aiming to explore the genetic potential of rare citrus fruits in combating climate change.
