Vitaliy Vasilyev

Vitaliy Vasilyev is a former lieutenant colonel of the Luhansk Security Service of Ukraine, who was convicted for transferring information about SBU employees to the Luhansk People's Republic authorities. He received a five-year prison sentence and was included in a recent prisoner exchange between Ukraine and Russia.
