Vladimir Bukhanov

Vladimir Bukhanov was a history teacher who fled Belarus for Ukraine in 2002, where he publicly accused the Lukashenko regime of genocide against the Belarusian people. Following his activism in Ukraine, Bukhanov largely disappeared from the public eye, with his last known activities reflecting a return to pro-government sentiments and alignment with state propaganda.
