Vladimir Peftiev
Vladimir Peftiev, born in 1957 in Berdyansk, Ukraine, is a Belarusian businessman and former arms exporter who was associated with the controversial regime of President Alexander Lukashenko. He was a co-owner of BelTechExport, a company involved in the export of arms and military equipment until 2012.
