Vladyslav Plyaka

Vladyslav Plyaka is a student at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, originally from Ukraine. He arrived in the United States as an exchange student during high school and decided to continue his education at the university level. Recently, he has been in the news due to the uncertainty surrounding U.S. visa policies, as he planned to travel to Poland to visit his mother and renew his visa, but now faces delays and increased scrutiny regarding his immigration status.
