Vlastimir Zečević

Vlastimir Zečević, also known as Mićko Talijan, was a prominent criminal figure who was assassinated in Budva in 1991. His murder marked the beginning of a violent spree of killings in the region, reflecting the deepening conflicts within organized crime. He was shot dead in a public altercation, and despite initial arrests, the case went cold, leaving his killers unpunished and highlighting the challenges faced by law enforcement in addressing organized crime.
