Volodymyr Kulik

Volodymyr Kulik is a professor at the Kyiv School of Economics (KSE) and an expert in economic policy and governance. He has been vocal about democratic principles and the importance of anti-corruption measures in Ukraine, especially during times of crisis. Recently, he expressed concern over a controversial law that undermines independent anti-corruption institutions, likening the current situation to Ukraine's past struggles against dictatorship and warning that such legislative changes could hinder Ukraine's integration into the European Union.
