In memory of Gabriel, who died by suicide in 2018, Waldemar founded the 'Svet podľa Gabriela' festival, which promotes awareness and support for the transgender community in Slovakia. As a creative professional, he has earned accolades for his design work, including an award for the most beautiful book in Slovakia in 2021.
