Wang Hsing-chih is the convener of the Waimushan Conservation Action, an environmental group in Taiwan. He has been actively involved in raising awareness about soil pollution issues, particularly in relation to the Hsieh-ho Power Plant, where he reported on excessive heavy metal contamination and called for governmental investigations into potential cover-ups by Taiwan Power Co.
