Wen Xueqian

Wen Xueqian is the Chairman of the Chengdu International Cultural and Arts Center and a representative in the Sichuan Provincial People's Congress. She has proposed the issuance of electronic social consumption vouchers aimed at young adults to promote engagement in various cultural and recreational activities, thus enriching the nighttime economy and encouraging new social experiences.
