Will Mester

Will Mester, 39, is an American chef with experience in the culinary scene of New York and Baltimore. He co-owns The Wren, a gastropub in Baltimore, with his wife Millie Powell, where he serves as the head chef. Mester's partnership with Powell and their successful restaurant venture has recently been highlighted by the New York Times, which named The Wren one of the best restaurants in the United States for 2025.
